Outdoors? Fabulous, as long as we’re not ruffled by wind or rain. Please put me somewhere dry
Guests will have their photos snapped, join the waitlist, and then go live their best lives while I work my magic. Orrr they can stand and watch, it's up to them!
Got VIPs? Just say the word (prior to the event) and I'll pop them to the front of the waitlist

Yes! No travel fees for events in Central Otago or Southland. Other NZ regions have a flat $350 fee, and we’re happy to travel internationally with custom arrangements.

A4, 210 x 297 mm—perfect for framing!

Sadly, not if your guest list is over your allocated package. Each sketch takes about 7-10 minutes per person. But don't worry—we offer a post-event option where extra illustrations can be mailed to you. Perfect for follow ups and maximum impact.

Nope! They can stand/sit if they like, but we’ll snap a pic and work from that for extra detail. If you'd like seating, feel free to set some up at our station!

We prep our drawings with hand drawn 'basics' in our studio, so they're designed for speed and you get more for your investment! We’ll customise hair, eyes, skin and outfits on the day to reflect your guests. Please keep in mind these are artist impressions and not photographs.

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date, with the remaining 50% due 4 weeks before the event day.

If you postpone, we’ll move your booking to one available date within the next year at no extra cost (as long as it’s 4+ weeks before the original date). Further postponements will cost $750 per date. If you cancel outright, the deposit is non-refundable, and canceling within 4 weeks means you’ll lose the full payment, as we won’t be able to rebook the date. A $350 fee may apply for last-minute travel changes.
