  • Sadly, not if your guest list is over your allocated package. Each sketch takes about 7-10 minutes per person. But don't worry—we offer a post-wedding option where extra illustrations can be mailed to you, perfect for thank you cards!

  • A mix of markers and colored pencils.

  • Nope! They can stand/sit if they like, but we’ll snap a pic and work from that for extra detail. If you'd like seating, feel free to set some up at our station!

  • Our signature styled templates are hand-drawn in our studio, designed for speed! So you get more for your investment. Each has a ‘starter’ pose, and we’ll customize hair, eyes, and skin on the day to match your guests.

  • A4, 210 x 297 mm—perfect for framing! 

  • Yes! No travel fees for events in Central Otago or Southland. Other NZ regions have a flat $350 fee, and we’re happy to travel internationally with custom arrangements. 

  • All our prices are listed on the packages page—no sneaky fees, and they’re GST-inclusive!

  • We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date, with the remaining 50% due 4 weeks before the big day. 

  • If you postpone, we’ll move your booking to one available date within the next year at no extra cost (as long as it’s 4+ weeks before the original date). Further postponements will cost $750 per date. If you cancel, the deposit is non-refundable, and canceling within 4 weeks means you’ll lose the full payment, as we won’t be able to rebook the date. If COVID strikes and you need to postpone, we’ll move your booking to an agreed date in the next year, though a $350 fee may apply for last-minute travel changes.
